Burlington Basket Company Bassinets are recalling 500,000 because they could collapse and cause injuries to infants, if the carrier is not properly locked into position, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.<\/p>\n<p>Already, 10 injuries have been reported in connection to the faulty bassinets, two of which resulted in minor injuries, according to  <a title=\"news reports\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sinklaw.com\/\">news reports<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The bassinets were sold at WalMart and other mass merchandisers, department and juvenile products stores between January 2003 through August 2010 for about $50 each,&#8221; according to news reports. &#8220;Only Burlington bassinets with folding legs are included in this recall.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>As a  <a title=\"North Charleston personal injury lawyer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sinklaw.com\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">North Charleston personal injury lawyer<\/a> , I urge parents to stop using the bassinets unless they are sure the cross-bracing rails are fully locked.
