Glass votive candle holders are being recalled because they pose a fire and laceration hazard, according to news reports .<\/p>\n

The recalled items are small glass candle holders that were imported by Greenbrier International Inc. of Chesapeake, Va., and sold at Dollar Tree, Dollar Bill$, Deal$ and Dollar Tree Deal$ stores nationwide from December 2010 through April 2011, according to news reports. About 117,000 items are affected by the recall.<\/p>\n

The candle holders pose serious injury risks because they can shatter while in use, posing a fire and laceration hazard.<\/p>\n

So far, no injuries have been reported, but the firm has received one report of a candle holder shattering, according to news reports.<\/p>\n
