See details below.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>WHAT IS IT?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>SCDMV amnesty week for suspended driver\u2019s license re-instatement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>WHEN IS IT?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>April 16-20th, 2018<\/li>\n<li>NOTE: Although there are branches of the SCDMV open on Saturdays throughout the state, this program will ONLY be in effect Monday-Friday. Don\u2019t wait until Saturday April 21st, 2018, or you will miss the wonderful opportunity!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>WHO QUALIFIES?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>South Carolina Drivers who lost their license for the following reasons:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving under a suspension. Excluding any DUS that is the result of a conviction for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) or Driving with an Unlawful Alcohol Concentration (DUAC).<\/li>\n<li>Excessive points for a minor.<\/li>\n<li>Operating\/Allowing Operation of an Uninsured Vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Operating an Unlicensed Taxi.<\/li>\n<li>Uninsured Motorist (Non-owner).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>For a chance to get your license reinstated, you must complete this Driver Suspension Eligibility Application. You must also pay all fines associated with the suspension.
