Pogo sticks are being recalled across the country because of their risk to cause serious injuries to kids hopping about on the toys, according to news reports .<\/p>\n

Nearly 17,000 Bravo Sports pogo sticks are being recalled, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.<\/p>\n

Already, more than 120 injuries from the recalled pogo sticks have been reported. Injuries range from a   chipped tooth, to facial lacerations, to an inner thigh injury, according to news reports.<\/p>\n

According to the CPSC, the pogo stick’s design could be faulty, causing the injuries. Reportedly, the aluminum rivets can break, releasing the spring and causing the user to fall.<\/p>\n
